Please don't post untested suggestions without telling people that you
didn't test them.  Your advice is incorrect and will actually prevent
Emacs on Windows 95 from working.  The correct way of installing Emacs on 
Windows 95 is to unzip it with an unzip program which support long 
filenames (such as PKUNZIP 2.50); the file emacs.README says so.
