Actualy, System Commander (if you mean it) doesn't fit into bootsector.
Bootsector only calls a *.sys file (without any kind of OSes it know how
to work with FAT filesystem). This proggy has a lot of very usefull
features, it includes on-line menu editor, new os autodetection and so on.
I don't want to convinse you to bye this program, because it cost a lot,
and even I use a pirate copy, but it is a *realy good* program, so please
don't flame it. If you don't like SC, you can use Boot Manager from OS/2
Warp 3.0 or 4.0. It's also nice program, but it's not too flexsible and
attractive. But for shure it's better then LILO (yuck)
