May be I'm wrong, but RSXNTDJ can help you to make Win32 console apps only,
without any kind of GUI, and it's plus only in OS-based support for multi-
threats and pipes. If somebody is so interested in making real Windows
programs (I can't imagine a person, who can enjoy such kind of coding),
she/he better buy a dedicated Windows programming environment, like VC++ 4.1,
BC 5.01, Watcom C 10.6 or Delphi 2.1. Anyway, it's no fun at all, it's
just pure cash-earning activity. DJGPP was designed for DOS, and it's an
excelent compiler for this target.
