It means you do not have DPMI loaded. There are two solutions.
1)	Get cwsdpmi from the same place as you got DJGPP and unzip it into
your DJGPP/bin directory.

2) Start windows, and then launch a Dos window (doubleclick on MS-DOS
icon) and run go32-v2 (and all your DJGPP stuff) in this dos window.
Windows provides its own DPMI which is fully compatible with DJGPP.

Hope this helps. For more information, search the info documents which
came with your DJGPP download. (again, do this in a dos window so that
you are using windows DPMI)
