I suggest to create 2 different env files (say, djgpp1.env and 
djgpp2.env), one each for each of the 2 cases, and flip the environment 
like so:

	set DJGPP=c:/djgpp/djgpp1.env

This way, the only thing you need to do is to type a single SET command; 
no need to define the rest of the variables in the environment.
