This problem is corrected in v2.01.  Please see if your ld.exe and
stubify.exe are the old one from v2.0.  In v2.01, these are the sizes and 
time stamps of these two programs:

   112277  10-05-96  20:49   bin/stubify.exe
   293888  10-31-96  19:17   bin/ld.exe

If you are already using these versions, please post the exact commands
you typed to compile your program.
