The home page for DOS Lynx is
http://kuhttp.cc.ukans.edu/about_doslynx/doslynx.html
Though I didn't see anything about DJGPP there.
I do know that it makes use the WATTCP libraries of which there
is a version for DJGPP. It also uses LIBWWW from http://www.w3.org
(I'm not sure which version but the library source is with DOS Lynx)
The Kansas U version uses Borland's Turbo Vision (of which there is a
port under the v2misc directory at the DJGPP ftp site.)
There is also a version at http://www.fdisk.com/doslynx.htm which uses

PDCURSES as the UI, which is also available for DJGPP.

I guess all that means that I haven't seen a version for DJGPP but it
sounds like all the parts are available to build one.
