If you mean the p2c Pascal->C converter: It has been ported to EMX
and runs on OS/2 systems; perhaps it also runs on DOS which is also
supported by EMX. On a Hobbes mirror (or CD) look out for "EMX".
I haven't yet seen a DJGPP version.
P2c is compatible to Turbo Pascal *without* object extensions.
GNU Pascal, the GNU Pascal *compiler* (which does produce executable
files, no C source) *is* ported to DJGPP, and it has object extensions.
However it is only ~80% Borland compatible, so you will have to modify
your source - but it's portable to other platforms (e.g. Linux), so it
is probably worth the effort.

The most recent version is 2.0 and is named gpc20b.zip (binaries) or
gpc20s.zip (source). If you cannot find it at your SimTel mirror,
you can get it at ftp://kampi.hut.fi/jtv/gnu-pascal/. More information
is at http://home.pages.de/~GNU-Pascal/.
Hope this helps,
