I found a bug in the editor of RHIDE 1.0. I'm not sure who wrote the
editor (saw his name once somewhere, but haven't seen it again) so I
decided to post here.
With Use Real Tabs on, and Auto Indent on, do the following:
_ text
^ the cursor here,
The cursor will get there by pressing enter after some lines indented by
one tab for some reason.
and the space before the text is a single tab. Press backspace and RHIDE
exits to DOS.
I also noticed that if the line is indented by one more tab, after pressing
backspace the cursor goes one character behind the first indentation.
Another "bug" is the C Intelligent Indenting does not use my programming
style. :(
Well, I guess that's why the source is available... :)
Also, not a bug, but useful info: when using djgpp through RHIDE (at
least), I've found that doing so under an MS-DOS box in Windows 95 is much
faster (most likely due to 32-bit disk drivers) than under no-GUI MS-DOS.
