Is that all?  There should have been a stack trace after the dump that 
you've posted.  Can you post that too?

Also, please try this:

	set EMACSTEST=C:\APPZ\EMACS\EMACS.LOG
	redir -o emacs.txt -eo emacs -q

then tell what does the files `emacs.txt' and `emacs.log' include.  
(`redir' is part of DJGPP; if you don't have it, get djdev201.zip which 
includes it.)
