Gee, that's a really *ancient* version of DJGPP!  Where did you get it?  
I highly recommend to get the latest version 2.01 at this URL:

It seems that you don't have the C++ compiler, only the C compiler.  You 
need to get and install gppNNN.zip and lgpNNN.zip (the compiler and the 
C++ class libraries) before you can compile C++ stuff.
