This *is* in the FAQ (section 12.9); please be sure to download the latest
release 2.02 of the FAQ list. 

This is a known limitation of GDB: breakpoints don't work on Windows 3.x 
(Windows 95 doesn't have this problem).  If you need up to 3 breakpoints, 
you might try FSDB, but that's the only work-around available.
