Since all of DJGPP runs when compiled by both version, this must be
something specific to your programs.  (One thing that I can think of is
the LFN support which wasn't really working in v2.0.) So please tell
something about the programs.  (Did you at all try to symify the stack
dump and debug the programs where they crash?)
