Not quite.  You may sell your binaries for whatever price your market
allows, but you must always make the sources for those binaries
available - at no extra cost above S&H - to those who purchased the
binary, and you may not limit what the consumer does with the software
once they have it.

The FSF isn't about making software available free on the Internet.
It's about liberating software from the clutches of greedy
unresponsive software companies.
