Use RHIDE, a Turbo C-style IDE designed for DJGPP.  Warning:  it is in
beta, which means there are bugs and not all features are implemented. 
If you're interested, it's at any SimTel mirror as
/pub/simtelnet/gnu/djgpp/v2apps/rhideb.zip, or the equivalent.
