I need to make a function that can read the clock chip in DJGPP, and
reprogram the timer if necessary, for a frames per second count and to use
as a speed regulator for some graphics programs I'm trying to write. 

I know how to do this in Borland but obviously DJGPP is a whole new game.
Anyone have any advice on where to look, or maybe some sample code?
