Subject:	DJGPP V2.01 Minor Update

I've replaced some of the V2.01 files to implement a minor set of
patches that turned up right away.  If you don't need these fixes, you
don't need to download the new archives, but I recommend you replace
them eventually anyway, just to keep these from causing problems
later.  The new files are all dated Oct 24 1996.
