GNU Pascal is available from

    ftp://kampi.hut.fi/jtv/gnu-pascal/

Texinfo documentation is only included in the gpc-2.7.2 beta prerelease.
GPC.GUIDE and turbo-alpha/README.TURBO are the documentation of the
(official) 2.6.3 release which is contained in the above archives.

See also

    http://agnes.dida.physik.uni-essen.de/~gnu-pascal/ or
    http://home.pages.de/~GNU-Pascal/

That page contains a FAQ (new!) and online documentation etc.

Yours,

    Peter
