Just tried this:

	find c:/ -perm a=r -print

and saw c:/io.sys, c:/msdos.sys and the windows swap file (that's under 
Windows 3.11).  I don't know why doesn't it work for you.  Maybe you 
should tell more about the files you are trying to find and your system 
setup for DJGPP?
