A binary distribution of Emacs 19.34 will be added to DJGPP archives in 
a week or so (time permitting).

If you cannot wait, you can download the official Emacs distribution from
one of the GNU ftp sites and build it.  It compiles right out of the box
with DJGPP (read the MSDOS sectiopn in the file INSTALL once you unzip the
package).
