Subject:	Far Pointers (VRAM 0xA0000)

How do I set a pixel onto the screen in djgpp. All my programs have been
reduced to using the interupt request to set a pixel :( --really
sloooow.

Also, I'd like to know if there are any functions that wait for vertical
re-trace that I could see.
