ok, here's the problem:

povray 3.0 will compile, but not link.
ld complains that memory is exhausted, can't read symbols, etc...
faq said if you want to fix this, debug ld.
question:
Has anybody bothered to debug ld yet, or am I stuck working on other
stuff?
(I don't have the time between school, sports & my other programming).
