Since I don't have any private knowledge about any site that's not 
included in the official list maintained by SimTel, I cannot put any of 
them in the FAQ.  I have no idea about their commitment to keep in sync 
with the primary site.

If you know about specific official sites that are better than others
(like faster link and updates), I might consider mentioning it in the FAQ.
