I merely looked through the list of SimTel repositories in the v2 FAQ
and tried some of the European links.   The URLs I tried were the ones
indicated by the FAQ.  The user is free to examine that document himself
and draw his own conclusions.

Since you seem to have such detailed knowledge of these sites, why don't
you compile a revised list of active European SimTel mirrors and submit
it to Eli so he can update the FAQ?  ;)
