What was once called SimTel is now called Coast (it's a long and
disgusting story involving people making their lifes miserable over
rights to call ftp sites by certain names).
The DJGPP directory on the old SimTel, aka new Coast, is not ``actively
updated'' (read: not updated at all) anymore. The new SimTel repository
is at ftp.simtel.net/pub/simtelnet/gnu/djgpp; here are the mirrors in UK
(from the latest FAQ, but you can't get the latest FAQ without knowing
where to get it ;-):
London, England:
sunsite.doc.ic.ac.uk, directory /packages/simtelnet/gnu/djgpp
Lancaster, England:
micros.hensa.ac.uk, directory /pub/simtelnet/gnu/djgpp
London, England:
ftp.demon.co.uk, directory /pub/simtelnet/gnu/djgpp
Liverpool, England:
ftp.mersinet.co.uk, directory /pub/simtelnet/gnu/djgpp

The DJGPP directory is maintained by DJ Delorie, so don't bother to
search for the src.doc maintainer.
