If I'm not mistaken, there was a version of RSXNTDJ that's compatible 
with DJGPP 2.0 and produces Win32 executables.  However for the life of 
me I can't figure out where I got it(maybe www.jumbo.com?).  Does anyone 
else have any more info?

Oh yeah, there's also the Cygnus port of GCC to Win32, but I can't figure 
out how to get it up and running, hope you have more luck than I did.
