This seems to be a good point to start. But, don't forget that
ADA has multithread features built-in on it. C has not this. It
_Environment_ where such programs run which support such feature.
(That's because, among others, C is portable.)

Both MS-DOS and DJGPP have such elementary multitask/thread
built-in on it.
