Please let me give credit where credit is due: my usage is definitely
borrowed from GNU documentation <grin>.

Actually, I look at it in this way. When Bill Gates introduced DOS 2.0,
he borrowed from UNIX -- but not enough <grin>.
What dj and team are doing might be called finishing the job, or at
least very creditably carrying on with it.
Anyway, the MSDOG thing does add an invigorating "byte" to the new emacs
documentation <grin>.
