Hmmmm,  when i installed the djgpp compiler i used the pkunzip -d
option, which select the right directory for djgpp.  Also, you should
rename dj to djgpp since the djgpp.env said that djgpp and it's files
are located in that directory.  Set DJGPP=C:\DJGPP\DJGPP.ENV and the
other parameters too.  I recommend you download the FAQ available in
the same directory you got DJGPP.
