cprintf works by dumping data direct to text mode video RAM... 'ah!',
you think, that won't work in 0x13. Correct.

The best way to output text in 13h is to plot it thyself from pixels.
You can steal the font bitmaps from the BIOS, only I don't have the
details handy...
