DJGPP does not take care of paging; CWSDPMI or whatever you use does.
CWSDPMI doesn't know about where your code came from (it shouldn't
have to), so it just pages in and out, regardless. You can't easily
page in from the binary file due to the fact that the binary file
itself is not executable; it has to be relocated and all that.
