If you haven't changed your DJGPP.ENV since you installed, and the
DJGPP environment variable is set right, you shouldn't have any probs.
What is your DJGPP variable set to? It should point to djgpp.env using
forward slashes (although I don't know if the slash orientation is
compulsory), ie mine is:

d:/djgpp2/djgpp.env
