I don't know if there exist DJGPP for Win 32. The closest you might get 
are most likely Cygnus GNU C/C++ for Win 32, although it's still in 
beta, I think. Check http://www.cygnus.com/misc/gnu-win32/

Altough it would be nice if DJGPP ran on Win 32 also, woldn't it? :)
