Actually, a complete list of all the intel opcodes is included in the PC
Game Programmer's Encyclopedia (pcgpe). It documents the name, arguments,
and function of each intel instruction, although from what I can see, it
doesn't cover any Pentium-specific instructions. You can pick up pcgpe at
the following site:

There's plenty of really interesting stuff in there, well worth the 700K
download. Complete documentation of the mouse, VGA and SVGA cards, ASM
tutorials, 3D rendering techniques, and much more are included. And of
course, there's the opcode list.
