Emacs 19.30 cannot be compiled with DJGPP v2; 19.31 will support v2. What
I'm telling is that you shouldn't expect Emacs 19.30 to be too reliable
when compiling with DJGPP v2 from within the editor. The ``switch to v2''
part means that Emacs compiled with v2 is much more reliable in the
context of invoking subprocesses.
