Being extremely new to 32-bit DOS and djgpp, I was wondering if someone could
fill me in on a few things:

1) can djgpp programs using go32 or rsx be used with Borland PowerPack'd
   programs at the same time (ie via spawn'ing or exec'ing)?

2) can make 3.71 (for djgpp) be used with other compiler environments?
   (eg borland turbo C or BC++)

3) any recommendations for an rcs package (not necessarily exclusively
   for djgpp)?
