Instructions to compile/test tcplib-dj200 under dos:
 
 1) cd d:\tmp or so
 2) tar xzvf .../tcplib-dj200.1.tar.gz 
 or for dos:
         gzip -d tcplib-dj200.1.tar.gz 
         tar xvf tcplib-dj200.1.tar 
 3) cd tcplib\obj
 4) make LAB=d:/tmp all
 5) configure wattcp.cfg to your net
 6) try ping.exe
