Yup - its not limited to 8.3. The new WinZip 6.0 for 95 supports unzipping
LFNs, as do Info-Zip's programs (until Executor supported LFNs, i used the
95 and Mac versions of Info-zip to move files with LFNs between the 95
filesystem and Executor)
