Hello all,
  I know I've seen the answers to this, but I've long since lost them:

Has anyone gotten EMACS 19.28 (my fire extinguisher at the ready, here) to
compile successfully under DJGPP Ver 2 beta 4? Seems that dosmemsetup() and
ScreenPrimary are no longer there; how to work around this?

  Before you get out the flamethrowers, I tried EMACS 19.29 under 1.12 maint 4,
and the cursor was always getting into the wrong place (very annoying, that),
so for now I would like to stick with 19.28.

			Any and all help appreciated,
