Subject:	Conversion to ELF DWARF format

I wish to use DJGPP to generate code to run on a 68040 (162 board) under
VxWorks. Is there a utility for converting from COFF to ELF DWARF (sp?)
format? And, incidently, what is the compiler option for generating 68040
output?
