This most probably means that your SVGA is compatible with the Vesa BIOS 
Extensions (VBE).  GO32 has a built-in graphics driver for such cards 
which is used if no ``driver'' parameter is found in the GO32 environment 
variable.  This is explained in the DJGPP FAQ list (faq102.zip from the 
same place you get DJGPP), section 10.4.
