Possible solutions:
1. You don't have EMS in your config.sys (Kill the NOEMS option in 
    your config.sys at the HIMEM.SYS)
2. Check your DOS.PIF file if you perhaps have configured no EMS for 
   the DOS window
3. Try a full screem session (?)
4. perhaps you have an old version (?)
