Look on DJ's ftp server in the contrib directory.  I implemented the
genclass.sh script in C++.  You can use this program to generate new
classes.  The template files are included in the zip file.

I believe the file is called genclass.zip.  Works pretty good for
me. :)

There are templates for DLList, SLList, Maps, Sets, Bags, and some others.
