If the same procedure works on the PC where you compile the program,
then please see what go32 prints when invoked on the target machine
(the one where in fails) with NO ARGUMENTS.  Post that, and the
contents of the CONFIG.SYS and AUTOEXEC.BAT file of the target machine
to this list.  You might also find it instructional, if not helpful,
to read chapters 6 and 9 of the DJGPP FAQ list (it is available as
FAQ100.ZIP from the same place you got DJGPP), which discusses a few
problems of such calamities and give some solutions.
