The Compaq QVision range of cards do not come with VBE built into the
video BIOS. However, do not dispair, Compaq supply a utility in their
Software Pack distribution available from any Compaq Distributor which
can be loaded as a TSR which provides VBE support for the Compaq VGA chip.

I have a self extracting .EXE (SP0653.EXE) which can be loaded in your
AUTOEXEC.BAT file which will provide the necessary VESA BIOS EXTENSIONS.
You should then be able to use the built in VESA compatible video driver
which is the default for GO32.
