Subject: Warning: DV/X is a controlled substance [was: Xlibs]

Once you've run it, you won't be able to bear to go back to naked DOS.
It's worse than cigarettes, it's worse than dope, it's (help me, LOrd)
worse than Lay's Potato Chips....

It does have some stability problems relative to Linux or Windows NT.
Windowze, about equal. Much better than plain DOZ, though, and wrt
Windows true multitasking (how does realtime comms on four channels:
2400 bps modem + terminal emulator, ftp upload via ethernet, ftp
download via ethernet, both at ~75kbits/s, a telnet session on a
386/33MHz system with 8MB grab you---that was four years ago, haven't
seen the need to test it since ;-) is a joy; Windoze stops your clock
when you win Solitaire!
