This works for me.  Did you have 1.12m2 installed before you
applied 1.12m3?  If not, you should apply 1.12m1, 1.12m2, then
1.12m3 IN THAT ORDER.  And don't forget to run the batch file
which comes with each one of these: they fix the libraries by
putting revised object files there.

If the above doesn't work, try running go32 with no arguments
and tell us what you see.
