All 80386s are 32-bit microprocessors.  The only difference (aside from
the range of typical clock speeds and typical configurations) is that it
addresses only a 16-bit bus.

DJGPP will indeed run on a 386sx, but rather slowly for most nontrivial
tasks--be patient!
