You either failed to get all required files (check the readme) or you
forgot to unzip with directory info (-n if you use pkunzip) [in which case
you might as well wipe everything and reinstall it correctly--it's not worth
the trouble sorting out where everything goes] or you forgot to set the
environment correctly [in 1.12, all you need to set is $DJGPP.]
