A draft of the above was posted to DJGPP mailing list, and
also uploaded to omnigate.clarkson.edu, directory
pub/msdos/djgpp/pub/, file djgppfaq.new.  The main purpose
of posting it was to gather comments to improve the FAQ list,
but I think it also has certain value even in this preliminary
draft state.

If you don't subscribe to djgpp mailing list, have difficulties
accessing omnigate, but still want to have the draft, mail
me directly and I will send it to you.  The file is about 100K
long.
